The service
{brand} turns a photographed drawing into a short movie. A movie is made from the drawing you upload; the result depends on the drawing, and a drawing the system cannot read is not charged.
Accounts and credit
A family's first movie is free. After that one credit is one scene; credit is bought in advance and does not expire by itself. A kindergarten buys a package of movies or lets parents buy from the gallery. Prices are shown before you pay; institution prices exclude VAT.
Orders from institutions
An order by e-invoice or bank transfer is approved by us before the movies are released; the invoice follows with 30 days' payment. A monthly or yearly plan makes its next order on its own until you cancel it in writing.
Your content
The drawings, voices and movies are yours. You give us the right to process them to make and deliver the movies. You confirm that you may use the drawing and the voice, and for a child, that the parents agree.
What you may not do
Upload photographs of people instead of drawings, documents, or anything that is not yours to use. Such uploads are deleted.
Cancellation
A movie is made within minutes, so the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act ends when the movie is delivered, which you accept when you press «Make the movie». Unused credit is refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
Liability
We make the movies with care but cannot promise a particular result. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the movie in question.
Law
Danish law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Denmark; consumers may also use the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
